Starting TeamOK as a Teammate (Invitation-Based)

Seamless Entry into Your Company Workspace

Joining TeamOK through a link or email invitation initiates a quick and simple onboarding process.

After clicking your invitation link, you’ll land on the registration page.

Complete the registration to be placed directly into your company’s live workspace, with immediate access to the dashboard, chats, and organizational structure.

We suggest registering the email address you use at work.

Your work schedule, holiday calendar, and vacation policy are automatically applied based on company defaults.

In most cases, your department and manager will already be filled in. If not, you’ll be able to add them yourself.

Click My Profile under your initials/avatar in the top right corner to personalize your profile.

  • Update your name, add photo, job title, department, and manager.

  • Navigate through Info, Teams, Note, and Working Time tabs.

Once you're in, you can start chatting with your team, join scheduled calls, and explore all collaboration features right away. If you’ve been added to any official teams, you’ll see them listed under My Profile > Teams.

To update the email address used at signup, open the avatar drop-down in the top right and navigate to Account Settings or My Profile > Info > Contacts.
