The TeamOK Home is the starting point for team members to view key organizational metrics and daily activities. It features a set of automatically generated, non-editable widgets that display real-time insights into work hours, schedules, team availability, and upcoming time off.
My Working Hours Today
Displays total hours worked for the current day, including a timeline breakdown of active and inactive periods. This helps track real-time presence and participation.
My Working Hours
Presents a bar graph comparing hours worked this week, last week, and last month. Offers quick visibility into trends and consistency in attendance.
My Scheduled Calls
This widget provides a detailed overview of your scheduled calls with a toggle to switch between Today and This week views.
My Scheduled Calls β Today
Displays all calls scheduled for the current day, including past, ongoing, and upcoming ones. While the main navigation bar on the left highlights upcoming calls for today, this section presents a full daily schedule for better context and visibility.
Individual entries can be selected to view call details, including participants. Participation can also be confirmed or declined directly from this view.
My Scheduled Calls β This Week
Shows all calls scheduled within the current week. Each entry includes the date, time, topic, and expected duration. This view supports broader planning and weekly overview.
Time Off Policy Usage
Tracks how many days of each type of leave have been used. Displays categories like vacation, sick leave, business leave, etc., with numerical indicators (even zeroes) to help visualize available entitlements. This information is personalized per individual based on their assigned policies.
Holidays
Lists official holidays recognized within the company. Includes name, date, and duration. The list may differ per employee based on their region or role-specific entitlements (e.g. religious holidays).
Statuses
Provides a real-time overview of employee availability, with each status color-coded for quick reference.
A toggle filter allows switching between two categories:
At work: Includes statuses such as Active, Away, Break, At a meeting/call, Busy, and Focus time.
Not at work: Includes statuses like At lunch, Not active, and other non-working states.
Statuses can be customized to fit company needs. In addition to creating custom labels (e.g. Coffee Break), predefined statuses can also be edited or removed.
All status management is available via Setup > Schedule & Attendance > Statuses & Locations.
Public Calls
Displays calls that are visible across the organization but do not require direct participation. Unlike Scheduled Calls, these are ongoing or completed calls in chats where the viewer is not a participant. Instead, the viewer can observe the call and join if desired.
Such calls appear in chats listed under Other available chats, which are hidden when the My Chats filter is active.
Each call entry includes the name, time, duration, and status. Clicking on a call opens additional details, including the list of participants on the right panel.
Upcoming Vacations
Highlights team members scheduled to go on leave in the near future. When the leave period begins, the individual automatically moves from this widget to the Statuses widget with an appropriately assigned status.
Birthdays and Work Anniversaries
Displays upcoming and past birthdays and work anniversaries of teammates. Events are shown within a set timeframe: 10 days in advance and up to 7 days after the date, allowing time to congratulate colleagues.
