The Demo mode is always available to new users who first join TeamOK as administrators. It provides a safe, read-only environment to explore the platform without affecting real data.
Once you're ready to invite your full team and start working in the live environment, we recommend turning off the Demo mode. This helps to avoid confusion between the demo and real accounts.
To manage the Demo mode availability for yourself and the team follow these steps:
Go to Setup > Administration > Demo Company.
Use the Show “Switch to Demo” button toggle.
This action takes the Switch to demo button away from the interface both for you and all team members.
