The Archived Profiles tab under Reports > Profiles stores deactivated employee profiles. This section supports HR and administration workflows by preserving historical records for reference and auditing purposes.
Archived profiles are no longer active in the system and cannot participate in organizational operations.
Archiving Process
To archive a profile:
Open the employee’s profile from the Company section
Navigate to the Manage Profile tab
Click the Archive button
Archiving (or archiving) is only available to users with administrative rights - Add/remove/edit user profile fields must be enabled for a role.
Archived Profile Details
The archived profiles table contains the following columns:
Name: The full name of the archived employee.
Archived Date: Timestamp indicating when the profile was archived.
Job Title: The role the employee held prior to archiving.
Email: The email address associated with the archived account.
Archived by: The administrator who archived the profile.
Creation Date: The original profile creation date.
Clicking on an archived profile reveals a condensed view of the employee’s record. From this view, you can:
Copy the profile link (for referencing or sharing internally).
Review basic personal and organizational data such as department, job title, and contact details.
Unarchiving Status
You can restore an archived employee profile.
Navigate to Reports > Profiles > Archived Profiles
Click on the archived profile to open its detailed view
Click the empoyee's name on the right pane and select the Manage Profile tab
Use the Restore from archive option to reinstate the profile
Once unarchived, the employee is returned to the active list and their data becomes available across the platform.
