In TeamOK, Threads help maintain clarity in busy group chats by allowing replies and sub-discussions to branch off into their own space. This keeps the main conversation focused while providing room for contextual exchanges.
How to Use Threads
Click the comment icon next to any message to view or reply in a thread.
Alternatively, click the three-dot menu next to a message and choose Reply in Comments. This opens a dedicated thread below the message.
Threads can be used in any group chat and can also be enabled for calls, both scheduled and instant, if the corresponding option is selected.
Threads for Calls
When starting a call, you can choose to enable a dedicated comment thread by checking the 'Create a comment's branch for this call' option.
